Removing bleed debuffs (if he applies any through certain attacks) is also important.

While Krutog is physically robust, he might have minor elemental vulnerabilities. Assess your build's primary damage type and try to optimize for it. Applying debilitating debuffs (like Blind, Maim, Hindered) can also improve your survivability. Never stand still for too long. Even when not directly attacking, Krutog can close distances rapidly with his leaps. Continuous, unpredictable movement will make you a harder target.
