Yes, those days where you are okay can cover a multitude, can they not.
It can convey anything from "I don't really want to talk about it" to "why haven't they read my mind and said something?"
Now it may just be me but when I hear someone say they are okay I tend to turn on "walking on eggshells" mode and if at all possible try not to start sentences with "you're not gonna like this, but" or anything that could cause ignition to an almost dormant flame.
What i would like to say is is "well im here if you need me" but my mouth has been put on "shut the hell up mode before you get an elbow to the gut", as I move out of elbow reach, already on high alert for the subtlest tut to evacuate the area.
And yes Lydi... I am okay too! 😀

Dear Lydia
Some people are totally misunderstood for whatever reason.....because they keep their feelings to themselves.... and are usually quiet, until an explosion, which helps gets their frustrations out...One has to be okay within themselves, no matter what other people think..... good point!
Warmly, B
What's the saying, : 'Better to say nothing and be thought a fool than to speak and be known as one?'
The other saying? 'Do unto others as you would.. .. ..
Guess there are times when one or other of us could speak for that fool and those multitudes who just don't' know what, why, where, when and how!
Few people we do allow in dear Lydia. I liked the honest tone and accepting who she was. Thank you for sharing the amazing poetry my dear friend.

John, I always appreciate your reviews. Thank you so much. Lydi**
beautiful Lydi!! so relatable ... we hold things in as far as possible and sometimes if not finding release .. it is explosive ... poets and writers have a healthy place in our poems and novels etc. ... we do "get it out" and frankly .. does it really matter who does or does not "get it" ... we write for expression and creative painting with our language .. i really love this poem Ma'am! i think it is brilliant in it's honesty and flow .. well done says I my friend!

It’s never ok though is it dear Lydi**. There is always so much more to say, but for whatever reason, at that moment it is best to pass it all off:) The pillow can be a great friend. It doesn’t answer back. Hope you are far more than ok currently. Sending you all good wishes from across the pond.
