I am an introvertA Poem by LyricHi everyone
Yeah, I guess you could say I'm an introvert,
I stay in my own place, because I'm afraid of getting hurt. It's a long story, But I would much rather lay in the dirt that start a flame, That, In the end I don't have the hose to tame anyway. People say we're all the same, but there are things other than race and religion, That give us different levels of fame, and fortune. And, Some say I'm fine the way I am, Some make me feel shame for what I am, But who am I to blame for who I am? I am not good at talking, When I say that please hear me, So why do you judge a fish by how well she can climb up a tree? I am the lock, Not the key, I seem like the lesser but in reality, I am an introvert, But I am more than what you give me credit for, And I am more than what you see. © 2015 LyricAuthor's Note
