The time keeps on running without waiting for her.

For a thousand years
she kept waiting for the love that will never return back

For long teary nights
she kept praying that till now left unanswered

And for eternity,
she'll keep on crying for the lost time she had wasted for him

A small gem, needs some polishing.

I like the structure and the thoughts. Very good for a "bored" effort.

Distracting bits:
"return back" -- redundant.
"she kept praying that till now left unanswered" -- seems incomplete. I would prefer something like "she kept pray for attention till now unrequited"
