TangledA Poem by M.a.s.h.
There,
Was always something, About her, When she smiled, The whole world, could stop, But I, Wouldn't bat a lash, Couldn't, Something about her, Made you feel, Like a character, In a story, As if, There were ever any chance, This girl, Wouldn't have won you over, With a simple smile, She, Was chaos and ease, An eruption, Of wonder and glee, She, Was special, A beautiful mess, Tangled in thread, And all, Anyone wanted, Was to sit with her, Cross legged, And lose themselves, Untangling each knot. © 2017 M.a.s.h. |
