She lives a lie,

She wants to come clean,

but she knows the truth will only hurt,

she can't bare this lie.

it's driving her insane

she doesn't know what to do.

This invokes a dark sense of the subject, and such are lies and how they effect the heart to the point of pain, great job, I like the form and rhyme.
