SADNESS TOWN

sadness,

feeling in the heart

but changes every thing

it takes away the light

but darkness stays

 

In that town,

there is no laugh, not a smile

only pain and tears are residence 

you'll find anger, fight walking

side by side when peace is barried

 

In sadness town,

 lives the broken hearts

full of wounds and scars,

tortured souls with no mates  

 where love by hateress is replaced

 

in a world of black,

pain , tears are the paycheck

if you come in . no way back

I like this because you employ a time-honoured tradition of personifying a feeling, a state of mind, as a real place, a town. This actually reflects reality more than you might think. There are places called Hopeful, Active, Normal and others !!

I love the use of the word 'hateress' - a new one on me. The description of the town is truly horrific. Well done.
