Moving on

I have to try to keep you.
But, you don't want me to.
You send me mixed signals.
And, it is hard to know.
Do I have to stay and keep trying?
Or do I move on?

I tried to keep you.
But, you still didn't want me to.
You sent me mixed signals.
And I still didn't know.
Did I have to stay and keep trying?
Or did I have to move on?

I can't keep tyring to keep you.
When you don't want me to.
Through all the mixed signals.
I found out that I knew.
I didn't have to keep trying.
I had to move on.
