I'm Still Waiting for YouA Poem by Poet PittinixLove and blues. It's been many years since you turned down my proposal. You
broke my heart, but my love for you is still growing. I
keep loving you even when you don’t want to see me anymore. You
were a single girl, a 20-year-old with exceptional beauty. And
I was a desperate young man who needed a wife. What
made a marriage between us seem to be so impossible? Stacy-Ann,
now you're much older than when I first met you. But,
darling, I still see you through the eyes of youth. And
nothing can change my feelings for the sweet girl I knew. It
takes an almost perfect love to keep me wanting you. Though
I waited 18 long years for your love, I’ll never lose heart. I’m
still waiting for you because you're the only girl I love. © 2025 Poet PittinixAuthor's Note
