ouchA Poem by Tim Lionpretty kitty saboteur skulled my Don Quixote heart like arsenic stew with a metal baseball bat thud on the backside; she Vangoed my puffy cartoon clouds into back-thorn devil flames, samed my pseudo originals, framed my watercolor tears, speared my squirmy heart like a glowing little fish darting about in his heavenly mud puddle dreams of an ornate Forever, and, trollishly gobbled him up in front of my rainy windows with piranha teeth and relentless lioness eyes. an anvil goodbye acid dropped onto my faded yellow smiley. it’s going to take a Buddha soul with Jesus hands to spatula this smashed Kafka bug from the abstract concrete, and fluff him back into Muhammad’s Gabriel, and, even then, the magic will never dance like it did when all my best songs were about her.
