these days

these days

A Poem by winter;lyra

All withers

All dies

Eventually

But actually

If you take a look beneath
You'll see
That there's still people in need
Of an everlasting sin
To breed
A pretentious seed
Into the
Already dim future of their kin

He's just a kid
But
He's so bound to say
"I pray for the end of these days"
While his friends
Violate
The ninth commandment
Countless times
Ten thousand faces
They save
For the upcoming trial
On the day after the sane mutate and reshape
The same face they always wore
Monsters and primates
Fight to the death
Oh God you're too wild these days
I question if you're even there these days
Seems like no one is aware these days
All withers
All dies
Eventually

The piece speaks of the truth. It's so blunt and beautiful.

All withers
All dies
Eventuallly.

And we must work hard for the people still in need. We shouldn't be so selfish and fight for the children of this world, because they are our future.
The message of your piece is so beautiful and clearly written, good job! Keep up!
:D
