i don't go out with my hat on

i don't go out with my hat on

A Poem by winter;lyra

my leather shoes
don't last long
i go out in the fields with my bow tie on
black over white
a bottle of wine between these finer sheets
stains round the fame
never round my shame
i don't go out with my hat on
so it rivers down
(my flair is on my flat style
i got nothing to hide because the dress bears it all)
the sun so tries
but never dries the sweat
never before it waters the fire
