A Poem by winter;lyra

destroy her quickly
a snake through her throat
clog the means of retortion
as neatly as the means of motion
coerce the impersonation
a step at a time
until the machine is pristine
persistently so
primitive in chlorine
seamless murdered

count these verses
drawn on through
by way of the knife
all throughout her warm corpse
