a flea across the glass

a flea across the glass

A Poem by winter;lyra

truth or dare
well i guess i'll dare
but first i'll muzzle my pain
only then ask
what piece am i
in your puzzle
no matter
i count my deeds
i count my keys
that fit in no lock
but inside my pockets jingle my brim
jot these on my coffin
and lastly
fare well with your peers
of which i had none
but suffered all of yours
