Wished for More

Diversity through the eyes of high school students is not always treasured as one may think it should be..

He never aked for this;

all he wanted was

acceptance,

peace of mind,

a person to love forever.

 

Instead a tornado swirls around

him,

never leaving him alone.

 

Who he is shows his

beauty

and his talent

 

But others look straight through.

Nobody knows how deep

the vein of hurt runs in him.

 

He masks it well.

 

To say he wanted more,

well one could say that easily.

All the times he has accepted others,

now none is left for him.

 

He needs a way out,

someone to search and

find him;

to love him

as he deserves,

as we all deserve.
