Too bad I'll never get an answer to any of these questions....

How did you grow to be so selfish and cold?
Why can't you realize that this charade is beginning to grow old?

How could you not know that you are so much like kin?
Why can't you see how much agony I am in?

How could you pretend that you don't need me anymore?
Why do you lock me out of every open door?

How can it be so easy for you to bury me in blame?
Why don't you listen when I am screaming your name?

How can you refuse to catch me every time I fall?
Why won't you let me break down those barren walls?

How could you just laugh as I slowly lose it all?
Why don't you let me be the answer to your every beck and call?

How can you not see that all I will ever need is you?
Why don't you care that I am slowly breaking in two?

How about you wash away all of this devastating pain?
Why don't we both just forget about this silly little game?

Do you really love me or were your feelings just for show?
