I built a castleA Poem by Mehar Anaokar
I built a castle
Shiny and clean A brand new space Just for me I added towers And balconies And long stairwells And tapestries The floors were of marble The walls of stone I had glass chandeliers And golden thrones I had flower bouquets And armours galore And tons of jewels My friends would adore I built a castle Everyone stared For it was enchanting And beyond compare I built a castle In the air And while my life wasted I lived there © 2016 Mehar Anaokar |
