Tip-toesA Poem by MelanieThere are times that I wish I could hate you For you not being any better than me. I want to hate you for not being honest And living this lie we continue to lead. I want to hate you for making me 'render By the touch of thy finger tip to tip; I want to hate you for being that impressive, For accepting my sorrowed sigh via thy sniff. I want to hate you because of your dimples That Nature painted you so masculine, gorgeous – grace. I want to hate you for hearing inside me - Meeting my mind in the in-between space. If I hate you it'd be only my tip-toes On finest line drawn ''tween our love and hate. If I hate you it'd be caused of my paining That I may not love you till unknown late date. © 2009 MelanieFeatured Review
