I'm proclaiming to The Universe you're everything that I've ever wanted

Your presence in my life has secured my voice and spine and never haulted

And now you come to me dressed all in white

A God-given-flower before me unto my sight

You're standing by my side, and we smile

 

I'll let this music tell the story of our love

As my father's standing in from above

And he smiles so wide...

When we see the true beauty of love, we will know our purpose and feel the purity of our hearts. Your poem implies that purity of heart suggests unselfishness and willingness to serve a greater good which can be synonymous to love.

One cannot be pure if they are prideful, thinking they don't need God. Your poem however suggests the opposite.
