I woke this morning

To you aside and above me -

 

Your hair all to one side, cascading down,

Enveloping me in your essence:  lovely, sweet,

Soft and strong.

 

A smile on my lips,

Your name in and out my mouth,

I am a quivering yoke ready to

Burst forth and show you

All my colors.

 

Like Spring.  Like Fall.

 

Partake of me, Love.

Don't let go.
