Trying till the end...

Sunless days

And moonless nights

Shadows perished 

And vision vanished

It feels like...

The stars are unreachable

Nearly impossible 

But

He is trying 

Unknowingly, slowly dying

This made me think of the time I lost my way. everything is meaningless and nothing makes sense. As if you are trying your best and it is still not good enough. who are you? where do you belong?
The last line in your poem "Unknowingly, slowly dying" is the same reason I found sense in life again let's say, we are indeed dying, and in the end, what we do and where we belong won't matter, As long as we don't waste our time, because the only thing that will be left behind is how much good we did during our time on earth...
