Story of my life

My words fall silent,

People just walk right by me.

I am unseen,

unheard,

untouched by the one I want in this life.

 

The last grain falls.

Time stands still,

I am no more.

 

My words blow away,

Waves crashing over their lifeless form,

Never to be seen again.

 

My heart cracks open,

slipping between invisible hands,

that is my life.

I am no more.

 

My words are nothing.

 

My tears unseen,

My screams unheard,

My life untouched by the one I want in this life.
