Fairy Tale Scented Nightmare

Fairy Tale Scented Nightmare

A Poem by Mia Rockwell

Your enchanted castle lyes in the eye of a hurricane
Your Prince Charming smile simply a stroke of a paint brush
A closer look at your white noble steed and it's merely a jack-a*s in disguise

You are my Fairy Tale Scented Nightmare

I've been frozen from your rotten apple
   Locked in your cellar
Hypnotized by your manipulative lies.

You Villain.

The curse has been shattered
I've escaped your diamond plated shackles
Caged you in your own evil fortress
    Muted out your sinister laughter

I've warned the villagers of your tricks.
You should have known how this would end...

The princess always gets away

This is awesome! I love fairy tales, and I love the way you turn them into the nightmare. A really cool poem.
