Boy, I never could get used to how you think you're f*****g great
Every second spent helping you figure out your fate
Not once do you ever stop to give a helping hand
Reciprocate generosity, become a better man

We're loving our bodies, only for a hot second, and that's okay

This is just great! It's a true sign of a good set of lyrics if you can hear them over any sort of track. It could work over something heavy just as well as something pop and catchy.

I like how you used the words "sloppy seconds" in the poem. Life seem to be repetition and sometime be second is acceptable. I like the story and the ending. A excellent poem.
