Walking lonely tonight...

I kinda got a feeling of loneliness and then I came up with this~

In the night lights

I walk alone blinded by the sights

Watching the people walk hand in hand

Synchronized step by step

I walk solely down these streets

What it would be like

I wonder increasingly

What it would feel like

To hold someone’s hand

Let them guide me across the cities land

Have them tell me they love me

All night long, I wonder

Then I remember

I am walking alone in this big city

It is full of life and that is all I need

I need to watch where I am going

Only god knows where I am going to be

I will just keep going on though

I need no love to help me

I'm doing fine all by myself

I walk with no one else

I just keep going and try not to wonder anymore

Try not to wonder what it would be like

To not walk alone tonight

Oh... such sadness but with a realization that you do not live for it.. you yearn to not be alone though.. great strength is found in this writing as you fear not walking alone.. that is big as many do have great fear of that.. thank you for sharing.. love the honest emotion flowing... and strength this writing provides! =)
