Three Plus Makes One

I broke up with my girlfriend Molly

To date her very best friend Holly

Who later I dumped for her good friend Polly

But now I'm dating a girl named Bree

Who is unfamiliar with the other three

Which is probably a good thing, the way I see.

Well I think that we can all think of times where we've seen people get themselves into just such situations. Broken hearts all around maybe or maybe not. hmmm.... Highschool yes. fun one though. Is it a limerick?
