the reason behind the pain,
the hate,
the sorrow?

What if I’m the problem?
Maybe if I had changed,
I could’ve been happy.

What if I’m the problem�"
does that make me the villain,
or just the victim
of my own existence?

Does it make me
the one who never listens,
the reason behind it all?

Or was I so consumed
by my own storms
that I forgot how to feel�"
how to reason,
how to be?

What if I’m the solution�"
the start of self-awareness,
the key to self-forgiveness?

Dear Reader,

Thank you for being here.

These words you’ve read — they came from places I didn’t always have the courage to speak from. Writing was my way of surviving, of making sense of the ache, the quiet, and the chaos. If anything here felt like something you’ve felt too, then maybe we’re not so alone after all.

You don’t have to be okay all the time. You just have to keep going.

And maybe, just maybe, that’s enough.
