Rain

A Poem by Misanthea

I spoke with a dark cloud yesterday
And it told me the time for rain drew nearer
So it stopped time, in order to save everyone
From drowning in an endless downpour.
But I know the truth as much I know the cloud
It is just scared of what is to come for certain.
