The last thing I ever expected would change in my life.

The first time I felt God.

 

I couldn't fight it.
My body trembled as I felt a love, I'd never thought I would feel.
Tears flowed from a new place in my heart.
I'd been waiting a life time for you.
I just didn't realize I was the one causing the distance,
Making myself alone.
I always felt so pathetic and small in your eyes(unimportant).
The moment I realized you wanted me in your life,
I was humbled by the guilt of ignoring you stubornly for so long,
Never even considering you wanting my attention.
I gained my first parent when I truly felt you for the first time.
I'm so glad I have you.
Thank you for wanting me.
I'm your son and I love you.
