Silence for the weak

My life has been put on mute.

My head is filled with nothing,

I can see nothing

and hear nothing

I'm sitting in a dark room

Hands shaking,

Head is throbbing

I don't know where I am

I try to scream for help

but no sound comes out

it's like someone shoved duct tape on my mouth

so that I can't speak
I can't move

I feel paralyzed

someone help me

I can't even breathe

I don't feel alive

Is this what it feels like when you're dead?
