Ever want to speak your fears?

But you were afraid to show your tears?

Ever want to scream your pain?

But afraid to let go so kept it all contained?

 

Ever need to show who you are?

But afraid to jump, to fall so far?

Ever need to feel you are loved?

But didn't risk it when push came to shove?

 

Have these problems?

Afraid to say?

Not today,

I like this poem. You used questions to convey thoughts and meanings, but the way you used them was especially powerful, in my opinion. You did not ask just ANY questions.. you asked questions that everyone asks themselves. You asked questions that we all feel at some time or another. These questions are not easy to ask ourselves... sometimes we wonder if we ever really want to know the answers. I enjoyed it a lot. =]
