"Mr. Love, Here's Another Poem"

We all want love. We all love, love. Even when we believe that we don't. Then, there are those of us who are genuinely obsessed with the very idea of love, that we lose ourselves trying to find it.

There's an uncomfortable silence

in my head today.

I'm certain that the intruders

whose voices keep me up at

night

are planning an attack.

There's always

a calm before the storm.

Or maybe,

it was those endless thoughts of

you, that I had all day yesterday and

all night last night. I even woke

this morning with thoughts of you.

A sickness of the mind,

you are, completely taking over me, and

my life; a ship wreck it is.

So,

Mr. Love, won't you please reveal

yourself, and show me who you

are,

or stay the f**k

out of my head,

forever.
