Greetings, EarthlingsA Poem by MontagGreetings,
Earthlings Forgive our appearance but whenever we emerge through the mouth of a hyperspatial vortex we tend to look a little bug-eyed.
Our home planet Theremin is now devoid of vegetation covered in hissing seas, unnameable mountains hence our arrival today.
Please see that we are not unlike you expansive, resilient determined to succeed.
Like you we believe the strong get what they can the weak suffer what they must.
Naturally our superior technology our greater lethality require we make you our captives. Once we've extracted the necessary nutrients you will be restored to your former existence the memory of this encounter forever beyond your reach a vague throb from a phantom limb
for it is in the way of things that lesser memory leave undisturbed the greatness of a nation’s history. A toast! (glasses raised) To manifest destiny! © 2026 Montag |
