Reading in the summer

some thing to take you away

Who do I learn from today
Something to take me away
From the country road and the busy way
Reading books and wordplay
For it is a highway
A pathway
A fairway
Reading books during the noonday
Never leaving one a stray
The soothsayer
The play
I read over and over on replay
Everday
Never someday
Or for horseplay
Reading is my pathway
Something that will always be done yesterday

Hahha no biggy no biggy. Guess whattttt. I started a poem about existence last night. Knowing the definition is one thing but what it means to exist when you're writer is a total different thing. Thanks for the inspiration 🤗🤗🤗
