Even though it's just three lines, for some reson I can feel the warmth hidden in it. The image where birds sing sweet songs and make chirping sounds, it all feels so real and warm like the warmth we used to feel in childhood days. Ah, good old days, indeed.

I used to wake up each morning and hear birds in the trees outside my window. Now I see a brick wall when I look out. Overbuilding in my area put a halt to the bird's songs.

Hiii Relic!! I appreciate your reading and reviewing my haiku!! I live in farm area there are so many pretty birds and their song is so pretty. That's what inspired this poem. At least there's the memory of the birds song out your window, that sounded nice. I'm sorry they built a wall near your window I mean how terrible!!
