I always enjoy a nice Haiku, but tend to over-examine them from time to time. It's funny that I have a thing of strawberries in the fridge (assuming they're not already bad) and have been having strange dreams. Happy, positive ones about life change and all that, but still strange. I found this and was just like "Huh.... guess the universe is trying to tell me something?"

Either way, it's always enjoyable to read your work :)

I have very fond memories of strawberries. My first plant I tried growing was a strawberry plant. I was in high-school growing the plant and it was wonderful to pick from the plant. I also used to buy chocolate covered strawberries 5 dollars a pop back in the day!! But now I temper the chocolate for dipping the strawberries in. So making a poem about strawberries was a no brainer.
