Have you ever had more fun by yourself. Here's to those that love the peace of solitude.

It's the season for hope
Beach trips
Picnics
And more
And yet hope for what
For love of course
Being single has its perks
You are your own boss
But to live a life of give and take
To not be alone is perfect or is it

Summer love sounds great
Memories of the sunset
Getting to know each other
To admit it was love at first site
But truth be told
My sunsets were done when I was alone
I traveled the most when single
Now that I'm alone my time consists of art and music
Something that is new to me

So although I desire a summer love
Truth be told my greatest love has been
Me

I'll tell you what I don't like... the beach! Why people go to them, then oil themselves up, only for a slight gust of wind and whoomp! You end up looking like a powdered donut, with sand in crevices no grain of sand should ever enter! All the while you act like some Californian suffer, while oblivious you've been trying to unwedge your bikini or shorts out of your cleftal horizon for the last ten minutes, in full view of everyone!
Solitude always wins over other people's butt mining, every day of the week! 😃
