Grinder

I'm aiming for a general sense of unease, to get the reader in the head of an unreliable, borderline psychotic main character(think whiplash cuts and and disorienting scene changes). That being said, I still want it to be an enjoyable and coherent read- a fine line to walk.
Feedback along those lines would be helpful.
