In a prayer

There were so many hearts opened

so many heads bowed in prayer

together in adoration

the faith of many become as one

so loud i would call out

as so far i would fall

Shattered and lifeless in my brokenness

I crawled through the haze of uncertainty

I fed from the trough of humility

Knowing countless paths yet know my print

Contless smiles yet know my name

but here i lie at the edge of times gorge

Where i see views of which depths 

Inspire reflectrion of

What was

What is

What could someday be

Time passes me by

on the backs of opportunity

Waving their fare thee wells

I ask only to be undone

I take hold of what i know to be true

where i become the final layer

And give it all away to God
