Divination by means and divination of corpses/
Rifling graves for grisly charms, with Magicians and Witches
Necromancy is a universal practice, intiated only by the brave/
It is thought the Astral corpse, has an intense desire to live again
And could, by absorbing life energy, from living creatures and man/
So unless taking adequate precautions, danger may defeat the man
If one is to evoke the dead, he needs help from a powerful spirit/
Both for his own protection, and to compel the corpse to submit
A spell from Ancient Greece, calls upon powers of the Mighty Kore/
To bind the dead with Persephone, Ereshkigal, Adonis, Hermes & Thoth
The summoning of the dead requires, a burnt sacrifice and bloody alter/
Burning substances for their influences, carefully produced scents & odours
Carefully studying the position of planets, especially Saturn and the Moon/
The site most favourable is the lonely cross roads, an unfrequented forest or ruin
Once the time is decided, a series of concentric circles of power must be drawn/
On the ground within which, inscribed crosses and the holy names of God
The circle must be blessed and consecrated, with the Magician in the centre/
Holy symbols protecting from all danger, the dead rise using names of power
Frightening ordeals of phantoms screaming, or shapes of furious beast's/
Raging about the circle, and threatening to tear the Sorcerer to pieces
When the dead finally submits, he often becomes transformed into a man/
Who is ready to answer any questions, be it soul, spirit or land
After this you must dismiss the dead, until vanishing amid clouds of sulphur/
Then burn the flowers, bury the ashes, and save your soul from terrible danger.
