Word Salad

Word Salad

A Poem by The Elusive Mr Dunne (Mr Dunne Poetry)

"Word Salad"

It's only right to warn, I was born/
In the AM, not the PM like Dawn
I rhyme word salad, with no prawn/
I'll try anything once, but conform
I'm a thorn in their side, yes I know/
So here's a pen to reply, I bet they don't
Heaven sent, with a scent like cologne/
Hell bent, let me vent, where's my throne
I go anywhere I want, except back home/
I'm not the enemy you want, so let me roam
When I step into the room, they lower tones/
From the womb to the tomb, it's how it goes
There's no room in the rooms, cause of grows/
And if you knew what I do, you'd implode
Like phew you've no clue, take the hint/
I'm an artist, you're retarded, I'm convinced.
