SentinelA Poem by Mrudula Rani
The skeptic in me sends search parties,
to read signs of deterrent, whether they are there or not, The over-cautious mind of mine on mode of alert for a warning of sorts, At the end of the day I am not sure, what I was waiting for, come tomorrow I am once more on duty like the soldier on patrol at the combat zone, anticipating the unknown. © 2018 Mrudula RaniReviews
