Do we even have “senryu” in our options drop down list. I didn’t see it, but I may be wrong. If not “haiku” is the choice writers would select.

I am also a roller coaster of ups & downs, but it’s becuz I’m bipolar. I try to remind myself it’s just a mood & it will pass. Your succinct description follows the 17-syllable rule while delivering a realistic panorama of how feelings can run the range. Haiku & senryu are two forms that have the same syllable rules, but here’s the difference – haiku is about nature, while senryu is about human nature (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie
