I want to forget
Not because I didn't want you
But because I want to feel whole again

When you died
My whole being died with you
The emptiness oozing my soul
And nobody sees me slowly breaking
For a smile paints a different picture

I want to forget
Too much hurting
Anger
Crying myself to sleep every night

I want to be alright
And give myself the chance to be happy again
But...
No matter how hard I try
I won't forget you
