Liked the word "bookend". Seemed like "Weekend". I say "Weekend", because, sometimes, some friends're seemed like the end of the week that either comes again & again in the end of the week or never comes back in the same life .. at the same location (at friendship / hearts). Liked the imagery you've come up with. "Bookend". Nice choice of word. Yes, friends're alike bookends' either who support even the life to some extent. So, overall what you conveyed here's that friends're everything with whom one can have some fun and share the feelings of heart. Deeply. Freely. And.. enjoy the life with smiles. Nice Work, Kelly.
