Validation

Validation

A Poem by Kelly Scheppers

Validation

The sheets upon the bed

are a muted validation

of the love we made.

I am hesitant to straighten

their rippled effect,

for fear

it will dismiss you

completely.

...thank you, EileenMarie! I've never known an Eileen...such a pretty name...nice to meet you!
you have such a marvelous gift of cutting to the chase .. with few words ... that are as striking as they are uncomplicated .. and you wring a depth out of them like no one else can .. another keeper says i!

Lol, there is a method to my madness...how funny! Thank you so much, Richard!
The sheets
accumulate
they
tangle in a wash
of cortex
cerebellum
into baggage
and dirty laundry

still want your ticket
validated?
;)

Enjoyed
thank you

Hi gorgeous!!
what a write!! I thought of those tickets we have to validate when we park downtown to behold the beauty of the harbor.
The sensuality of this piece resides within each wrinkle of the sheet rippling the effect in the reader's minds.
love to you honey!!!

smiles and hugs!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, love always "dismisses" even the heart to another shore of life - the life lost within heartbeats; within sophisticated darken shades of love dappled 'pon winds. Yes, love dismisses spirits to validation; to the harmony of flattered love; to the notions of hummed whispers... to make night more beloved with love... to make heart more pumped up with the pleasure of sighs so as the spirits could lost inside the silence of love & love takes 'em to the tranquility of night. Beautiful imagery you've come up with. Enjoyed it!
