You are Sunday morning 

with eggs over easy,

with buttered toast

cut on the diagonal

and love 

that overflows

the circumference of my arms.

It is a shared wonder when love is so big you can't get your mind around it, let alone your arms. Using the image that Sunday mornings imparts (what, no newspaper crossword puzzle?) is a clever way to illustrate the sense of security that washes over the lovers, warm as the toast.
