to inhabit the earth

with a profusion of splendor

 

to become extraordinary

I found this one day last summer, outside my apartment complex. I thought it was amazing and wanted to capture its wondrous nature!

It really surprised me when I saw it. It has since disappeared, but at least I've got proof of how persistence can pay off! I have another photo of what looks like a miniature tree growing through a neighbor's rooftop. I'll post it in my photos the next time I come across it and be sure to let you know. the juxtaposition of "extraordinary" and "at best" is titillating ...i linger on your opening line ...there is so much power in even the thinnest glimpses of light ..short and ethereal beauty in one sown back yard even ...nice good morning read for me!

thanks for asking :)) she is getting grey around the muzzle ... doesn't liek her walks as much ..but gets pretty spunky when the dinner bell rings and if her little ward Bearegard acts up too much ..she is after all the alpha female forever .... she is at the limits of expected life and tho i can not help but engage in some preparatory grieving ..i think she will enjoy a couple more years .. maybe even more ...Bo-Bo is 10 months and has well outgrown Bella already ..he is an English Mastiff to Bella's Bull Mastiff ...he can reach up to 250 lbs :O
