Plastic face

Plastic face

A Poem by Kate

Aging is bad
She said
Looking like a clown
Whose plastic face
Is as taut as a boat's sail
Possessed by vanity
And fashionable trends
Her lips puffy
Like burnt pastry
She is a prisoner
In a brainwashed cell
Spiralling round the axis
Of her discontent
