This is a poem I wrote..

You,
My deep addiction

Crawling through my thoughts,
Invading  my mind
Because of you,
I have lost so much time

You,
Such a sweet deception

No one understands
Us
You’re just my escape
To keep me
From fading away

You,
Of all addictions

I see you as the sweetest
You save me
You help me

I am so afraid of this world,
I am so weak
But when I’m with you
I feel the tinniest bit of strength

You,
I think about you
All hours of the day
Craving, needing
To feel you
Today

I love the feelings,
You put through my mind
That adrenaline rush,
God, it’s just so divine

You,
They can never
Take me from you
For we are together
Or shall we be gone
Eternally forever

You,
My sweet addiction
You,
Are on my mind
I need you
